Skyrocket? Maybe but maybe not as well. A lot of states out West overproduce. Dirty little secret.. Wyoming overproduces and sells that cheap electricity to Idaho, Utah, and NE Nevada. Montana is a net producer as well. It may out east where the population is far greater. Maine is the exception but out West.. every state has vast empty areas. If I travel directly north of my house.. I leave civilization behind in 5 minutes and would not see someone for 300 miles at best.
